- Smoothshapes® is a pain free treatment program to improve the appearance of cellulite. The procedure takes about 10 minutes for each targeted area you choose to have treated and best results are achieved with a series of eight (8) treatments, twice a week for four weeks.

However, after treatment your skin may may feel slightly warm, which will diminish within 30 minutes after treatment, and appear slightly pink, which will diminish within 15 minutes to 2 hours after treatment.
